Founded on January 28, 2013,Yuanjie is a leading company focused on high speed InP optical chips mass production with internal InP simulation platform, QW epitaxy and testing platform. Yuanjie can provide InP laser products range from 2.5G to 50G with complete and independent intellectual property widely applied in FTTH, datacom wireless fronthaul/backhaul and other sensors area.
Our low-, medium- and high-speed products cover 2.5G, 10G, 25G and above DFB/EML lasers; SW, MW and LW products cover 1,270-1,570 nm DFB/EML lasers.
We have long focused on the development of Inp lasers and accumulated rich design and manufacturing experience. We develop lasers required by customers.
With the design and production of active region epitaxy as our core technology, we have the manufacturing capabilities covering the upstream with independent production from epitaxy to chips.
